The Visual Edwards project now has its own home at VisualEdwards.org. There you will find a succinct description of the project, the “who, what, where, and why” of it all, a FAQ page, sample visualization downloads, and more.
For those interested in learning more about digital humanities and programming, the Methodology page of VisualEdwards.org has an integrated Python editor. It serves as a playground for learning and experimentation. Look forward to more resources and example code.
One of the newest features of the Visual Edwards desktop software is the ability to create large, tiled posters for printing. Large visualizations can now be assembled and posted on a wall. Write on them, collect quotes and passages, markup, highlight, etc. This print feature works in tandem with the matching interactive visualizations on the computer screen.
